Lead Architect Role An experienced Architect is required to lead the planning and designing of structures and direct aesthetic values into the function of spaces. The successful candidate will be pivotal in reaching client needs while incorporating innovative designs and sustainability into projects.The role involves developing comprehensive architectural designs, engaging with clients to discuss project goals and presenting design proposals clearly. It also includes coordinating with engineers and construction teams to ascertain design feasibility, producing detailed drawings and plans using advanced design software, and ensuring all designs comply with local building ordinances, codes, and regulations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution, a valid registration as a Licensed Architect, and at least 5 years' experience in architecture or a similar design role.
