Job Title: Site Logistics Manager About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Site Logistics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of labor, plant, and materials around the site.Key Responsibilities: Effective delivery of sitewide logistics through procurement of a sitewide logistics management contractor Orderly, safe, and efficient movement of labor, plant, and materials Planning the location of haul roads, laydown, external access, and offloading zones Creation of a secure, well-maintained site with regular logistics meetings Efficient management of workers' accommodation Development of processes, procedures, and induction programs Supply chain management, movement plans, and lookahead forecasting Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar Prior experience in mega residential projects as part of the PMC/Construction team UAE (Abu Dhabi) experience is mandatory Benefits: A competitive salary Accommodation and Transportation allowance22 working days annual leave Medical and life insurance cover Company gratuity scheme Discretionary bonus scheme Annual flight allowance to point of origin What We Offer: We aim to provide quality and fairness for all job applicants and employees.
