Infrastructure Project Manager - Civil Works

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join our team on a significant infrastructure project in Dubai. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working in local sewage treatment plant facilities and be able to manage and supervise construction works, ensuring optimal operation within the existing STP.Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the rehabilitation of an existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) in Dubai.Supervise the extension of the plant to increase its capacity by approximately 175,000 m3/day.Rehabilitate civil works, including rehabilitation/repairing of existing STP.Requirements: Mandatory qualifications include a relevant degree from a recognized university and at least 15 years of experience in infrastructure works.The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge and experience in managing site works for construction and sewage treatment plants, as well as pumping station works of various disciplines.Familiarity with DM guidelines is essential for tracking progress and inspecting works.Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Primavera P3.About This Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project that contributes to the growth and development of Dubai's infrastructure.The selected candidate will have the autonomy to make decisions and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including DM authorities.A competitive salary package is available for this role.
