Traders Platform Developer

Forex trading is a rapidly evolving industry with high demands for innovation and stability.This position requires an individual who can design, develop, and maintain trading platforms that meet these expectations.Job Description To ensure the smooth operation of trading systems, we are seeking an experienced Trading Systems Engineer to join our London team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trading platforms like MT4 and MT5 and a deep understanding of system administration and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-performance trading platforms.Maintain and configure trading infrastructure (hardware and software).Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.Manage data centers and monitor system health.Deploy new plugins and maintain accurate system documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Strong experience with Windows Server and VMware.Deep understanding of MT4 and MT5 platforms.Familiarity with network security, firewalls, and troubleshooting under pressure.Excellent communication skills in English.What We Offer Competitive salary package.Hybrid work setup: 4 days onsite, 1 remote.Up to 25 vacation days, starting from 22 + UK bank holidays.Company pension scheme.Life assurance and access to health & wellness tools.Recognition through Employee of the Quarter program.Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.About Us We're a global leader in Forex and CFD markets with a long-standing presence.
