Mechanical Supervisor - Sewage Treatment Plants

Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in project management to oversee the construction of mechanical systems for sewage treatment plants.Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems related to STP and associated infrastructure works.Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and perform inspections to develop relevant test plans.Monitor daily site activities, assess the performance of site inspectors, and provide guidance to maintain quality standards.Track progress, provide regular updates to the project team, and support in preparing project documentation, progress reports, and inspection logs.Requirements: A minimum of 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering supervision with proven exposure to STP projects.Excellent report writing, communication, and teamwork skills.Confidence in meeting with clients, producing proposals, and managing design at all stages from concept to commissioning.Analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and creative thinking.Experience in design and build projects is advantageous.Expert user of Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project experience will be beneficial.Some level of commercial awareness.Experience with Auto CAD software will be advantageous.Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, leaves of absence, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, well-being resources, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.About Us: We are a global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world.
