Sales Manager Job Description As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives, ensuring targeted revenue growth.You will lead and mentor a diverse sales team, fostering a high-performance culture through regular training and motivational initiatives. This includes analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Your key responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement.
