Content Creator Engagement Lead

Unlock the Potential of Local Creators in MENAPAbout the Role This is a unique opportunity to lead our relationships with new and existing video and audio creators on Spotify across MENAP. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creator engagement strategies to target local video-based creators who stand to benefit the most from the Spotify platform.You will work closely with teams across Spotify, including business development, marketing, analytics, operations, and more, to support partners and add strategic value. This role requires strong industry experience in video creator management, as well as experience in business development and product advocacy.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the local creator landscape and supporting new and existing creators in developing engaging content. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have experience in building programs for scale and efficiency.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement creator engagement strategies to target local video-based creators Help develop a funnel of new podcast talent in market through team engagement and internal and external advocacy Drive partnerships with key video creators and agents, onboarding them to platform and advocating use of Spotify's suite of creator tools Collaborate with teams across Spotify to support partners and add strategic value Requirements Proven industry experience in video creator management Experience in business development, particularly in results-driven product advocacy and developing scaled programs Ability to turn data-backed insights into actionable partnership strategies Strong understanding of the global creator landscape, the nuances of the local industry and challenges that face video/audio creators A go-getter who can make things happen, is comfortable taking the initiative and leading through influence Excellent ability to build relationships with multiple functions at all levels of the organisation and industry Proficient in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and spoken proficiency Benefits We offer a flexible working environment that allows you to work where you work best.
