Job Description The role of the Business Operations Manager is a critical component of our central Operations team. The primary responsibility is to oversee and optimize core operational functions across settlement, reconciliation, onboarding, and dispute management.This position ensures that business-critical processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with internal controls and partner expectations. The manager provides cross-functional leadership by aligning daily operational execution with strategic goals, collaborating with teams such as Finance, Compliance, Product, and Customer Success.
