Strategic HR and Recruitment Planning JOB PURPOSE: Perform quality servicing and repairs on all mechanical and electrical components of a motor vehicle to ensure they meet the manufacturer's specifications. Follow operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate closely with the foreman daily and support the team on urgent or priority jobs.Accountabilities: Operations: Identify customer requests, analyze them with the supervisor/foreman, and refine diagnostics and repair processes. Perform work according to manufacturer methods, recommendations, and procedures. Prepare parts outward sheet and transfer parts from the spare parts division. Guide junior technicians on difficult diagnostics.Tools & Equipment: Use manufacturer-provided tools and systems to carry out repairs as per guidelines. Ensure all tools and components are in good working condition.Delivery: Perform safety inspections, complete quality control sheets, and inform the team when vehicles are ready. Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensure cleanliness, and return any damaged or old parts upon customer request.Safety: Follow safety rules for equipment, instruments, and products. Apply manufacturer directives and safety rules to prevent damage or injury. Observe precautions to avoid hazards during repairs.Job-specific information: The Master Technician/Diagnostic Technician will work closely with the team leader, foreman, and service team, following operational procedures as instructed.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES: Secondary School Education Certificate.Vocational Diploma as Technician in mechanical, electrical, or equivalent preferred.Certification as Technician in Electrical and Mechanical mastery, Certified Diagnostic Technician preferred.Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Experience with luxury car brands preferred.Core Competencies: Teamwork Analytical Action Adaptability Impactful Communication Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Industries Retail Note: This job posting is active and not expired.#J-18808-Ljbffr
