Strategic Business Development Leader

About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Proposal Manager to join our Sales Team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire proposal development and submission process to clients in the oil and gas sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in proposal management, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in proposals/inside sales and at least 5 years as a Bid Manager or Proposal Manager. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, while a Master's degree in business administration is highly valued.This role involves providing end-to-end pre-sales support, aligning client requirements with value propositions, and developing strategic sales plans. You will work closely with our technical, solution, commercial, and contractual teams to ensure quality control of proposal content, solution, costing, and pricing components aligned with client requirements and business goals.To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities, with a solid understanding of EPCM services and various technology offerings.
