Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are currently hiring for two Senior Application Support Engineer positions: Mandatory: Sitecore (Next.js) experience Preferred: Experience supporting frontend/backend web platforms, CMS systems, and digital content workflows Experience: 6–8 years in the financial sector (Securities/Stock Exchange preferred)Role Type- Contract- 1 year extendable Role Overview: We are looking for a technically strong and solutions-oriented Senior Application Support & Integration Specialist to lead advanced application and integration support across enterprise platforms. This role involves ensuring optimal performance, incident resolution, stakeholder management, and ongoing improvement of mission-critical applications in a high-performance financial services environment.Key Responsibilities: Educational and Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Certifications in Azure, AWS (Amazon Web Services) are preferred.Certifications in Sitecore next js, Microsoft CRM D365 and Software AG preferred In-depth knowledge of databases, application architecture, troubleshooting methodologies, and performance optimization.In-depth knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.Overall Experience: 6 - 8 years' experience in the Securities / Stock Exchange or another financial institution Technical Skills: Proficient with Agile methodology, continuous integration and continuous development pipelines Previous experience with configuring and running CI/CD pipeline management and release management preferred Collaborate with executive management and department leaders to assess near- and long-term Enterprise Integration Platform needs.Create and maintain documentation as it relates to Enterprise Integration Platform configuration, deployment, custom resources… etc Deploying Software AG releases cross all environments.
