Luxury Hotel Team Supervisor

Team Leader Position We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to join our dynamic team in the Palace Lounge of Jumeirah Al Qasr. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully supervising daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination across all relevant departments.Main Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of Palace Lounge and ensure smooth coordination across all relevant departments.Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team alignment with updated directives and procedures.Prepare reports, maintain records, and conduct regular checks or audits for quality assurance.Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when needed.Ensure high standards of service and adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Lead by example with integrity and ensure all staff deliver courteous, efficient, and discreet service.Requirements: One or two years of experience in a similar role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable but not mandatory.Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Opera (Cloud).Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.Confident in successfully handling complaints of various severity.About Us: We offer a competitive tax-free salary, generous F&B benefits, reduced hotel rates across our properties globally, excellent leave and health care package, flights home, accommodation, life insurance, functional incentives and other employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant looking for a career with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
