Technical Drafting Specialist

Civil 3D Modeler Job Description As a Civil 3D Modeler, you will play a key role in providing drafting and modeling support to project teams. This position requires proficiency in Autodesk software, specifically Auto CAD Civil 3D and Revit.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working on Civil 3D Software. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.This is an entry-level role that offers opportunities for growth and development. You will be exposed to all aspects of a BIM project (BIM Modeling, Model Administration, Documentation, Scheduling, Library Creation, etc.) and are expected to quickly gain the necessary working knowledge of project guidelines, processes, and techniques to BIM projects profitably.Responsibilities: Provide CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and design support.Create Revit families and CAD blocks.Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers.Review all work for completeness and accuracy.Use checklists set up for quality control on each project and submit work according to deadlines.Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a weekly basis.Complete printing and plotting requests.Requirements: A Diploma/Degree in a construction-related field.At least three years of Revit and Auto CAD experience.Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) Certification.Understanding of Construction Documentation.Knowledge of, and practical experience with, Auto CAD Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, and related BIM software.Benefits: Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional development opportunities.What We Offer: A competitive salary and benefits package.A comprehensive training program to help you succeed in your role.Ongoing support and guidance from experienced professionals.
