Security System Project Manager

Project Visionary About the Role This key position will oversee the entire lifecycle of our security system projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor these projects.Key Responsibilities Lead project management teams in designing and executing large-scale security system projects.Oversee engineering project execution, monitoring assigned projects' QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.Daily interaction with clients to understand their needs and represent the company.How You Will Achieve Success Your expertise in leading complex project executions and in-depth knowledge of security systems solutions in the Middle East region will be crucial. You will: Manage a team of field technicians and site engineers to complete and deliver security system projects.Monitor and control project cost, time, and scope.Prepare and present project progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.Understand and monitor various financial metrics of the projects.Communicate formally and informally with clients.Prepare technical submittals, drawings, method statements, etc., as per project requirements.Ensure compliance with project quality plans and inspection & test plans.Initiate change processes to manage variations as per contract terms.Develop plans to bring projects back on track if delays occur.Manage allocated staff and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.Develop and train allocated staff.Ensure compliance with QHSE policies/procedures.Liaise with QA/QC and HSE managers on all aspects of quality and HSE.Monitor and control specialist sub-contractors, including finalizing subcontract agreements and resolving disputes.Ensure subcontractors follow HSE guidelines.Manage and archive project data as per guidelines.Work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or similar discipline from a reputable university.Minimum 10-12 years of project engineering experience in executing low voltage security systems.Recent leadership experience in the GCC region.Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, labor management, and influencing skills.Clear understanding of Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) regulations.Fluency in English and excellent email etiquette.Strong decision-making skills.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProject management certification such as PMP.Experience working with Tier 1 Contractors.Ability to converse and write in Arabic.Certifications related to contracts and project program management.Certifications in various security system products.
