Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing quality care to patients and supporting their families.You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care tailored to their specific needs. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate and detailed medical records.The ideal candidate will possess a compassionate nature, strong organizational skills, and a firm understanding of clinical operations and best practices. You will need to stay updated with the latest nursing practices and be committed to continuous learning and development to provide the best possible care.Key Responsibilities Assess and monitor patients' conditions, taking appropriate action and intervention.Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols and practices.Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including histories, test results, and reports.Perform diagnostic tests and assess results to aid doctors in patient care.Respond to medical emergencies with efficiency and accuracy under pressure.Provide primary care and nursing services to a wide range of patient demographics.Ensure patients are comfortable and have the necessary resources for recovery.Participate in continuous education opportunities to stay current with best practices.Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the healthcare setting.Advocate on behalf of patients to improve patient care and outcomes.Requirements Valid nursing license in UAE.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school or university.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff.Proficient in using electronic medical records and healthcare management software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.Commitment to adhering strictly to safety and procedural protocols at all times.
