Senior Project Controls Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead the execution of project-specific strategies for project controls.Coordinate with PD and PM to report, manage control activities, and provide services.Manage procedure development for various project control activities including budget preparation, cost engineering, and planning/scheduling functions.Oversee cost engineering activities including the implementation of cost control systems, invoice processing, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, and cost variance analysis.Lead cost estimating/forecasting activities including periodic project re-estimates and benchmark metrics.Manage change management activities for assigned projects to ensure revenue recovery and schedule coverage.Manage planning & scheduling activities including summary and detailed project schedules, progress monitoring, schedule deviations, and workaround solutions.Facilitate and oversee the risk assessment, mitigation, and contingency planning process for programs.Coordinate and issue necessary project reports, including progress, cost, and schedule.Evaluate integration between estimating, cost control, planning/scheduling, and risk management functions within projects.Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering.Proficiency in software such as MS Office and other project controls software.A minimum of 15 years' experience in oil and gas or renewables sector (offshore platforms, HVDC, FPSO etc) specializing in project controls.A minimum of 10 years of management experience.Experience on large-scale oil/gas and petrochemical capital projects & Turnarounds.Demonstrated experience and understanding of project CP planning and scheduling, cost control, and cost estimating.Ability to interpret and analyze cost and schedule reports and data.
