Strategic Leader for Private Banking The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy to drive growth and expansion in private banking across the Middle East and North Africa region.This includes building and enhancing revenue streams, client-centric value propositions, governance frameworks, performance metrics, and fostering collaboration and teamwork among teams.In liaison with the Global Head of Private Banking and other key stakeholders, the Strategic Leader will formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive results-oriented outcomes.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a regional private banking strategy that aligns with global goals and objectives Lead cross-functional teams to build and enhance client-centric value propositions and revenue streams Formulate and implement governance frameworks to ensure effective risk management and compliance Develop and manage performance metrics to measure progress and achievement of business objectives Foster collaboration and teamwork among teams to drive business results Requirements: Minimum 15 years' experience in private banking or a related field Strong knowledge of the Middle East and North Africa region and its markets Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion Excellent leadership and management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Benefits: A competitive salary package Opportunities for career advancement and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Job Category: Finance & Sales Industry: Banking Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
