As the key point of contact for operational and strategic responsibilities associated with Dubai Hub Operations, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional security services."

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation security management, with experience in implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with AVSEC and QA teams to plan audit programs, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies."

In this role, you will leverage data analytics to identify trends and service deficiencies, driving continuous improvement and optimizing outsourced services. You will also supervise the contingent workforce and maintain operational supplies, ensuring they meet the highest standards."

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. You will be qualified as ICAO AVSEC Professional Manager and familiar with ICAO Quality Control Program."

Key Responsibilities: "

Manage SOP implementation and ensure adherence to airline regulations and international legislation.Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve security standards.Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks.Optimize outsourced services and maintain operational supplies."

Qualifications: "

Bachelor's Degree or Honours in a relevant field.10+ years experience in Airline, Airport, or Cargo Security.Qualified as ICAO AVSEC Professional Manager and familiar with ICAO Quality Control Program.Proven experience in aviation security management."
