Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive business development efforts across the UAE government sector. This role requires an Arabic speaker with a strong background in selling enterprise software solutions to government entities, preferably within Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales cycle for software solutions targeting UAE government clients.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government stakeholders and decision-makers.Understand client needs and propose tailored software solutions aligned with public sector requirements.Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop winning proposals and presentations.Drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities across government ministries, authorities, and public entities.Ensure accurate sales pipeline data is maintained in CRM and provide regular reporting to leadership.Represent the company at government and technology events to strengthen visibility and brand trust.Required Qualifications: A proven track record of at least 5+ years of software solutions selling in the UAE, specifically to government clients.An Arabic native speaker with excellent English communication (written and verbal).A deep understanding of government procurement processes and decision-making cycles.A strong network within Abu Dhabi government entities is highly desirable.The ability to build trust and manage high-level strategic relationships.A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
