In this full-time role, you will help maintain hygiene standards, clean equipment, assist in stock control, and ensure all dish stations and BOH zones function smoothly. This opportunity is ideal for hardworking individuals with a strong attention to cleanliness and operational efficiency.Employment Overview Job Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Hospitality Function: Food Preparation / Service Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Candidate Current Location: Any Job Type: Full-time Primary Responsibilities* Arrive on time and ready for each scheduled shift* Break down and clean dishwashing machines thoroughly during and after service* Change dish machine water and debris baskets hourly for optimal performance* Keep chemical levels maintained and report low stock to supervisors* Refresh wash, rinse, and sanitizer tanks in the three-compartment sink regularly* Ensure sanitizer test strips are available and follow hygiene standards* Keep sink shelves dry and organized, and handwashing stations fully stocked* Maintain clean, orderly dish stations with a tidy soil table for efficient operations* Empty trash and recycling bins on schedule and as needed* Clean soaking basins and store non-food orders and BOH supplies systematically* Maintain a clean slop sink, glass rack area, and assist with kitchen equipment organization* Follow all opening and closing procedures assigned by supervisors Candidate Requirements* Minimum 1 year of experience as a steward or similar role preferred* Physically fit with the ability to lift kitchen equipment and stand for long periods* Strong work ethic, reliable time management, and willingness to follow cleaning schedules* Comfortable working weekends and public holidays* Basic communication skills in English (verbal and written)* Able to work as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues* Willingness to grow within the hospitality environment Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
