Assistant Manager Budgeting And Planning Bachelor of Commerce (Commerce), Bachelor of Business Administration (Management)Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Key Responsibilities of the role: Developing P&O annual manpower planning and budgeting process and designing the resulting annual manpower plan and budget.Establishing strategic plans for the department/section.Developing systems and internal processes as required.Mentoring departments/sections in budget preparation by explaining requirements, processes, and guidelines.Designing budget control reports to compare actual performance with predicted budgets.Assisting in budget revisions based on changing circumstances.Providing expert advice on budgeting for financial analysis and reporting.Circulating the approved budget to departments/sections with details and guidance on allocation.Ensuring departments/sections understand and adhere to the approved budgets.Assisting in monthly and quarterly financial analyses to identify significant variances.Adhering to occupational health, safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness guidelines.Collaborating with management to meet business needs and preparing feasibility studies for new projects or activities.Qualifications, Certifications, and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.Desired Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant fields.Company Industry Medical Medical Devices Department / Functional Area Finance Treasury Note: This job is active and accepting applications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
