Description
Job Description This role involves overseeing the upkeep of facilities and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical checks, maintenance, and repair works.Daily, weekly, monthly technical checks are conducted according to a predetermined schedule.Corrective maintenance, service, and repair works are attended to during scheduled calls.The coordinator will work with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC.Energy consumption readings are taken regularly.DG maintenance is carried out as required.All conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical equipment are maintained and troubleshooted.The ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials is essential.Relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components - photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders must be installed, maintained, and troubleshooted.The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to production while working in a safe and customer-focused manner.Minor refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like trolleys, cages, carts are undertaken.Regular checks are carried out on fire alarms and fire extinguishers.Maintenance, oiling, greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters are performed as needed.Electrical works are attended to on a regular basis.Height work and hot work permits are issued as necessary.Corrective maintenance calls for civil and plumbing issues are handled.Daily reports are provided on TT closures and open cases along with RCA.Tools inventory updates are made.PPM schedule maintenance is carried out.Soft services such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal are managed.Agency staff and overall shift management are handled.Required Skills and Qualifications A degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & instrumentation is required with a minimum of 2 years of experience.Preferred Qualifications A degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Controls & instrumentation with 3 years of experience is preferred.
