Restaurant Executive The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the restaurant, prioritizing engagement based on business volumes and other parameters.Enforce and monitor operational standards, adhering to policies, SOPs, and quality measures at all times.Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to plan menus, prices, and promotional events, maximizing revenue-generating opportunities in line with market demands.Identify areas for improvement in service and food quality by reviewing audit reports, guest comment cards, and incident reports, formulating action plans accordingly.Observe business forecasts and plan effectively to optimize manpower, equipment, and supplies arrangements.Plan and execute special promotional activities and festive season events for the outlet.Familiarize yourself with local laws and customs regarding alcohol serving, particularly license variations.Maintain a clear overview of POS set-ups and conduct regular accuracy checks on items.Monitor monthly P&L and analyze detailed financial information related to the outlet.Provide leadership, direction, and support to Restaurant colleagues at all times.Promote proactive, efficient inter-departmental communication within and beyond the F&B division, fostering teamwork and enthusiasm.About You: Minimum two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury property or resort.Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management is preferred.Commercial awareness and knowledge of sanitation requirements in handling food.Strong leadership qualities, training techniques, excellent communication, and organizational skills.We Offer: Learning & Development opportunities tailored to various career stages.MOstay program providing complimentary nights and attractive room rates worldwide.Health & Colleague Wellness programs promoting work-life balance and employee wellbeing.Retirement Plans depending on length of service and role.Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Management and Manufacturing Industries: Hospitality
