Dietary Care Specialist

Main Job Description: Mediclinic Welcare Hospital in Dubai, UAE is seeking a professional to provide medical nutrition therapy and counselling services.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences or Dietetics, and be licensed as a Dietician in the UAE. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within an acute care facility, is also required.The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing dietary care plans, monitoring food service operations, and educating patients on nutrition. They will also collaborate with different stakeholders within the organisation and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Besides technical skills, the job requires proficiency in MS Office applications and the ability to design and implement educational programmes. The ideal candidate should be able to plan and deliver healthy menus and work well under pressure.
