Budgeting And Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing annual manpower planning and budgeting processes. This includes designing the resulting annual manpower plan and budget.Develop strategic plans for departments/sections Design and implement internal processes as required Mentor departments/sections in budget preparation Create budget control reports to compare actual performance with predicted budgets Assist in revising budgets based on changing circumstances Provide expert advice on budgeting for financial analysis and reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field is required. A Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant fields is desired.Department / Functional Area: Finance Treasury This role requires collaboration with management to meet business needs and preparing feasibility studies for new projects or activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in finance and treasury roles and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
