Accommodation Experience Host Welcome to a luxurious beachfront resort nestled on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, offering an environment that embodies excellence.We invite guests to experience our tropical and relaxing sanctuary, with touches of French elegance throughout.Our resort offers 360 contemporary guest rooms and suites, 182 serviced apartments, 4 ultra-luxury villas, a world-class spa, fitness centre, kids club, and various dining options.Job Overview Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting and farewelling guests upon arrival in a traditional manner.Assist with resort activity enquiries and requests to maintain high standards of guest service within the reception area.Elicit guest feedback and preferences to maximise satisfaction.Ensure sufficient stocking of welcome amenities and coordinate transportation for guests.Handle difficult situations while following resort policies and communicate guest feedback to management.Responsibilities Ensure guest safety and security while upholding service standards and LQA requirements.Proactively assist guests and work independently to provide excellent service.
