Senior Shoulder Surgeon

Job Title: Orthopedic Surgeon About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in shoulder surgery and a proven track record of successfully performing a wide range of procedures.Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat patients suffering from musculoskeletal injuries and disorders of the shoulder.Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including both surgical and non-surgical options.Perform surgical procedures, such as arthroscopic surgeries, rotator cuff repairs, and total shoulder replacements, with a high level of precision and skill.Provide thorough and compassionate care to patients, including preoperative and postoperative management.Oversee and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physical therapists, and anesthesiologists, to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in shoulder surgery through continuing education and research efforts.Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.Provide timely and accurate documentation and coding of patient records in compliance with hospital and insurance requirements.Qualifications: Medical degree from an accredited university.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, with a focus on shoulder surgery.Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery.Fellowship training in shoulder surgery highly preferred.Excellent diagnostic and surgical skills, with a track record of successful outcomes.Strong leadership and team player qualities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Relocation assistance.Professional development and continuing education opportunities.Multi-cultural and supportive work environment.Opportunity for career advancement and growth.Join Our Team: We are a dynamic and growing organization committed to providing exceptional care and service to our community.
