Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range We have an urgent requirement for Pre-Sales Consultant(ICT, Networking & cloud computing Solutions) is required for one of our clients in Dubai , UAEExperience in pre-sales or Solution consulting roles within ICT, networking, cloud computing(Iaa S, Paa S, Alaas)---Must Proficiency in solution architecture and technical sales support tools---Must Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, APIs, data center architecture and GPU infrastructure--Must Experience responding to complex RFPs and leading Po C engagements---Must Certifications in AI/Cloud (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate)—-Highly prferred.Job Purpose & Description The purpose of this position is to understand the enterprise customer, drive the technical and solution support during the sales cycle by understanding customer requirements, designing tailored ICT, Networking and AIaa S solutions, and presenting compelling value propositions that align with customer business needs. The Pre-Sales Consultant bridges the gap between customer requirements and technical capabilities, ensuring successful client engagement, solution fit, and conversion.The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for providing technical and domain expertise to support the business development and sales process. The role involves working closely with Sales managers, Channel partners, solution architects, and product teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, prepare solution presentations and proposals, lead proof-of-concept (Po C) efforts, and articulate the value of AI, computing infrastructure, and AIaa S solutions to potential clients across public and private sectors. Responsibility also includes preparation of techno commercial proposal and presenting solution to customers in coordination with Sales Managers.Key Accountability Solution Design and Proposal Development Customer Engagement and Discovery Technical Presentations and Demonstrations RFP / Tender Technical Response Coordination Proof of Concept (Po C) Management Cross-Functional Collaboration Market and Product Knowledge Sales Enablement Support Achievement of assigned targets set by management.Performance Indicator (KPI)% of proposals accepted by clients; Quality of solution documentation Number of client discovery sessions; Customer satisfaction score Number of demos conducted; Conversion rate post demo Quality and completeness of technical sections in RFP submissions; Win rate Number of successful Po Cs completed; % Po C to deal conversion rate Internal stakeholder satisfaction; Project handover quality Timely updates on new solutions; Contribution to product/solution feedback loops Number of sales team training sessions; Sales team feedback score Sales target achievement vs KPIProcess excellence (Operational efficiency and risk management)Follow the internal process for pre sales, orders and activations, roadshow management, NO access sharing guidelines, audit and compliance guidelines with 100% adherence Proper documentation and filling for all customers orders and requests Send correct and accurate activations in line with business rules Ensure collection of accurate and correct documentation in line with policy, procedures, compliance and audit requirements/guidelines which need to be collected within SLA of no more than 1 to 2 business days from sale to a customer and provided to sales support and activations teams to ensure accurate activations.Ensure roadshow management and roadshow support staff management is executed within all process, policy and compliance guidelines Identify and resolve fraudulent customer activities and highlight to audit, senior management in enterprise business.ZERO non-compliance on all fronts of activation, document collection, sales/conducting of sales and roadshow management and all other requirements expected to fulfil the role Documentation reports form Sales Operations Tracking reports from Sales Operations Experience5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting roles within ICT, networking, cloud computing, or AI companies Proven experience working with enterprise and public sector clients Experience with AIaa S, HPC, Cloud Infrastructure, Data Platforms, and Edge Computing is highly desirable Experience responding to complex RFPs and leading Po C engagements Technical Skills: Deep understanding of cloud computing (Iaa S, Paa S, AIaa S), data center architecture, and AI platforms Proficiency in solution architecture and technical sales support tools Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, APIs, and GPU infrastructure Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and on-premise HPC environments Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Customer-centric mindset with consultative selling approach Team player with cross-functional collaboration ability Skills: problem-solving,cloud computing,communication,presentation,aiaas,data center architecture,networking,pre-sales,hpc,ict,cross-functional collaboration,storytelling,edge computing,cloud,customer-centric mindset,solution architecture,gpu infrastructure,solution consulting,consultative selling,data platforms,cloud infrastructure,analytical skills,apis,technical sales support tools,ai/ml frameworks Seniority level Seniority level Associate Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Technology, Information and Internet Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TAT IT Technolgies by 2x Get notified about new Sales Consultant jobs in Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Sales Executive
