Key Account Manager Job Description This role involves leading and developing strategic relationships between key customers in Sharjah & Northern Emirates.Main Responsibilities: Develop Customer Relationships: Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers within your area of responsibility.Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints collaboratively to ensure complete satisfaction.Manage Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer and contact information.Sales Management: Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets, identifying new opportunities outside current customer accounts.Customer Needs Analysis: Identify customer needs and align KONE solutions accordingly.Tendering: Price proposals using approved tendering tools.Contract Management: Ensure contract contents align with negotiated outcomes.CRM Management: Keep CRM data updated with opportunities, tasks, and visits.About You Bachelor's Degree: Required, preferably in engineering.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Complex Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.Key Account Experience: Essential experience managing key accounts and major projects.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industries involving developers, main contractors, and consultants.Sales Skills: Strong ability to interpret customer needs and deliver proven sales success with a customer-focused approach.Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.Market Knowledge: Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
