Job Title A highly skilled coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the technical integrity and precision of our tender submissions.About the Role In this position, you will: Document Review & Coordination Review tender documents including specifications, BOQs, addenda, and client requirements.Extract and assess P&G-related risks across programme, construction methodology, and procurement strategy.Coordinate with Heads of Departments (Commercial, MEP, Planning, QA/QC, etc.) to ensure all technical and pricing inputs are aligned and timely.Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants as needed during the tender phase.Populate and complete P&G estimates based on extracted information from tender documents.Link preliminary BOQs with P&G estimates.Coordinate with Estimating Team and Bid Leaders to align cost inputs with strategy.Technical Submissions Prepare method statements, organograms, CVs, and other submission components in In Design, ensuring alignment with ALEC branding and technical standards.Develop narratives for construction methodology covering logistics, site establishment, enabling works, and execution strategy.Ensure visuals (2D/3D drawings, tables, charts) match project execution plans and are formatted for professional presentation.Raise tender queries, analyze client instructions, and assist in finalizing bid submissions.Identify subcontractor scopes, enabling works, and delegate requirements to relevant departments.Contribute to the development of Project Execution Plans and ensure timely delivery of all technical inputs.
