Job Title: Simulator Fleet Manager Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Nationality Any Nationality Job Description Manage a team of Senior Engineers, setting objectives and identifying technical and developmental training needs.Monitor and control the status of the simulators in the fleet and report to the Manager Flight Training Facilities on device availability, reliability and issues of operational concern across the fleet.Maintain and manage the modification status of the training devices across the fleet in accordance with international regulatory requirements.In This Role, You Will: Monitor aircraft fleet developments to assess Flight Training impact and recommend an appropriate plan for training device modification or update.Identify device technical specifications and scope of updates, analyse budgetary requirements for device updates and report to the Manager Flight Training Facilities.Manage project lifecycle and ensure that device status reports for local and international regulatory authority are completed for the certification of the training devices within the fleet.Qualification: Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).Minimum of 8 years solid experience in Engineering Flight Simulator.Professional experience within the simulation and training equipment industry, with strong flight simulation technical background.Benefits Attractive tax-free salary.Generous travel benefits, including discounted flights and hotel stays around the world.Excellent leave and healthcare package.
