High-Rise Building Facilities Manager

Front of House Team Lead Position This exciting role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to success. As a Front of House Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities management business, ensuring that all staff and visitors receive a high level of care and attention.You will work closely with the Supervisor and building management to manage the shift schedule, monitor all areas, and ensure that previous issues have been resolved or closed off. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in providing reception cover, greeting guests, and handling corporate events. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the reception area to a high standard, answering calls professionally, and demonstrating attention to detail in your work.We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in a five-star hotel setting, particularly in front office roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to establish good relationships with clients, customers, and service providers.
