Business Development Associate - Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our software solutions meet their requirements.You will also play a crucial part in the sales process by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, supporting sales negotiations, and closing deals.A key aspect of this role is staying up to date on the latest features and updates to our software products. You will be required to communicate technical aspects of the software to clients in Arabic, demonstrating your ability to translate complex jargon into understandable language.This position requires fluency in the Arabic language, both written and verbal. You will be expected to translate product documentation and communication between Arabic and English as needed.Your analytical skills will be utilized to track and analyze client usage of our software products, providing reports and feedback to our development team. You will also be responsible for reporting on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and account health.
