Brand Strategy Manager

Position Overview Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, public relations, partnerships, and content marketing initiatives.Lead and manage teams responsible for PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, and content marketing.Oversee planning and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.Develop strategic partnerships with media companies, content creators, and influencers to extend brand reach.Build and execute a PR strategy to generate positive media coverage and increase brand awareness.Create and implement content marketing strategies that drive engagement and support subscriber acquisition.Manage influencer relationships and campaigns to promote STARZPLAY content and offerings.Collaborate with content acquisition teams on marketing strategies for new shows and movies.Work closely with the Head of Growth to align brand initiatives with business objectives.Oversee social media strategy to build community engagement and strengthen brand loyalty.Develop crisis communication strategies when necessary.Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Present brand performance and strategic plans to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field; MBA preferred.8 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of building successful brands, preferably in media, entertainment, or technology sectors.Experience developing and executing integrated marketing communications strategies.Strong background in PR, partnerships, influencer marketing, and content marketing.Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).Experience with media monitoring and PR analytics tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Talkwalker).Knowledge of brand health tracking tools and methodologies.Experience with content management systems and digital asset management platforms.Hands-on experience with influencer relationship management platforms and campaign analytics.Proficiency with reporting tools to measure and communicate brand performance metrics.Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with strong storytelling abilities.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging with media partners and stakeholders.About Us: We are the leading subscription video on demand (SVOD) service across the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan.We deliver a premium mix of Hollywood blockbusters, exclusive original productions, Arabic series, popular Turkish dramas, live sports, and family-friendly programming.We have strategic partnerships with major global studios like Warner Bros., Disney, Paramount, Sony, Lionsgate, AMC, BBC, Falcon Films, and Image Nation Studios.We offer top-tier Turkish content through collaborations with MADD TV, TRT, and ATV.We feature elite live sports coverage including Italian Serie A, Dutch Eredivisie, UFC, cricket, rugby, boxing, golf, and basketball.About This Role: This position can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and reports directly to the SVP of Growth.We offer competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and the chance to be part of the region's leading entertainment platform.
