Experienced Engineer Wanted for Infrastructure Project Management

Highly skilled Senior Engineers are required to lead complex engineering projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and mentoring junior team members.Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Develop and review detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical documents Conduct complex engineering analyses and provide innovative solutions to challenging problems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, clients, and stakeholders Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering their professional development Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards Participate in business development activities and client presentations Optimize engineering processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and productivity Contribute to the development of engineering standards and procedures within the organization Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred15 years of experience in Bridge Maintenance Projects, especially in Expansion Joints & Bearings Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering engineering projects Strong technical skills in engineering design, analysis, and relevant software (e.g. Auto CAD, Revit)Excellent project management and leadership skills Outstanding communication and mentoring abilities Knowledge of industry standards, local building codes, and UAE regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Experience with hydraulic modeling and design of infrastructure systems is a plus Additional Information: Good navigational ability and a team player Physically fit and with strong work ethic Keen time management, reliability, and dependability Patient, quick thinking, and good judgment Honesty, responsibility, and good communication skills Ability to navigate, communicate with others, manage time, and comply with regulations No remote work is available for this position.
