About the job The Wholesale Merchandise Manager will be responsible for supporting the correct implementation of strategic initiatives to drive the growth of the business in the territory, in line with the brand's positioning. The manager will liaise and collaborate between Merchandising Management and Wholesale partners to ensure the alignment of corporate strategy with the market's commercial needs. Key Accountabilities Manage with partners the setting of seasonal OTBs to ensure the right assortment aligned with brand strategies. Participate in selling campaigns and buying processes with all partners in Milan. Implement brand merchandising and visual merchandising strategies across all accounts. Deliver seasonal merchandising training to all partners. Analyze franchise/wholesale data weekly and monthly, providing feedback and action plans to management. Track and analyze sales and stock levels by store and SKU to determine actions. Maintain constant communication with franchise/wholesale partners, including travel to relevant markets, to monitor sales trends, client profiles, and product assortment standards. Support market analysis to identify regional requirements, sales trends, styles, models, capsules, and competition. Perform other duties as required by the business. Key Requirements and Competencies Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry. University degree. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Experience within the Middle East retail market. Strong merchandising and analytical skills with attention to detail. Effective communication and negotiation skills for commercial and merchandising strategies. Proficient in Power Point, Excel, and Word. Understanding of legal contracts.
