Project Manager - Fitout Expert Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure compliance with local regulations and approvals.- Manage day-to-day operations of fit-out projects, including site supervision and coordination with design, procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and design requirements, and implement health and safety regulations at project sites.Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in fit-out project management, with strong knowledge of fit-out works, materials, and construction techniques.- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.Preferred Experience: - Experience in commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, and office fit-out projects.- Knowledge of local building regulations and authority approvals.- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
