Rooms Division Leadership Role The Rooms Division Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the front-of-house and guest services operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This includes managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, and Security.This strategic and operational position focuses on service excellence, profitability, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of front-of-house and guest services operations Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, and Security teams Ensure service excellence, profitability, and guest satisfaction Foster strong team leadership and interpersonal skills Develop and implement effective operational procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Rooms Division, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial role Previous experience in a Front Office or Housekeeping management role highly advantageous Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Cloud Opera) required Sound knowledge of guest service standards and operational procedures necessary Strong financial/commercial acumen and budgeting knowledge desirable Passion for quality and results-driven performance expected Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment crucial Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
