UAB PLC Group is an international company specializing in the purchase and delivery of vehicles from the USA, South Korea, Europe, and other markets. We operate plc.auction – a global platform for vehicle auctions and logistics. We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Sales Support Manager to join our team in Vilnius. You'll be responsible for assisting clients with vehicle selection, managing purchase processes, and providing excellent customer service throughout all stages of the transaction. Key Responsibilities Communicate with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and internal systems Assist clients in selecting and ordering vehicles via our platform Guide customers through the purchase, payment, and delivery process Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, documentation, etc.) Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Requirements Fluent English (B2 level or higher) – required Knowledge of Russian, Spanish, or Arabic is a strong advantage At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales or customer support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks Experience with CRM systems is a plus Basic knowledge of the automotive market is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Modern office in central Vilnius (A.
