Marine Operations Coordinator Specialist

About the Job This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires a skilled professional to coordinate marine operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting Marine Units scope of work based on project needs, including cargo barges, jackup barges, DP2 vessels, tugs, AHTS, DSVs, MPSVs, multicats, shoal busters, and crew boats.The job involves acting as a liaison between the commercial tendering team and end users to facilitate all clarifications, attending to inspections, and other requirements prior to and post award. The candidate must provide fully support to the Barge Fleet department to ensure safe and efficient operations.Key Accountabilities Focal point at Abu Dhabi office for any support required for barge fleet operations.Provide technical support to the Barge Superintendent/Engineers by liaising with internal stakeholders and contractors.Barge and vessel requirement of materials (operational materials and consumables).Creating MRs/PRs/Calls of Orders for any requirements for the barge fleet.Arrange air tickets and materials upon request from sites.Coordinate with warehouse and arrange necessary training for all members.Maintain records for jack-up barges and cargo barges.Prepare revenue calculations and present to manager.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.At least 5 years of technical experience in office jobs.Experience in the Offshore Industry (Offshore/Onshore).Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Good communication skills to enable communication with team members.Benefits This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a chance to grow professionally.
