Information Technology Operations Manager

Your key responsibilities will include: Serving as the primary contact for all computer PC hardware servicing.Maintaining licenses for all software and ensuring proper maintenance contacts cover all systems.Maintaining a sufficient inventory of computer-related supplies.Keeping logs of all computer hardware and service calls.Managing configuration records, program files, and data files on the computer system.Monitoring software performance and maintaining logs of performance reports, errors, system malfunctions, and solutions.Developing and managing an effective framework for improving IT support to ensure the best service and business continuity.Generating reports on customer support issues and evaluating overall operations to deliver outstanding service.Providing regular training to IT staff to enhance customer support levels.Monitoring the hotel's network performance and IT systems to ensure smooth operations.Coordinating with other departments to meet their requirements and ensure operational continuity.Interacting with IT vendors, external suppliers, and contractual partners to ensure timely procurement and service delivery.Collaborating with IT support teams and partners to ensure timely and appropriate support services.Maintaining technology and system resources for maximum performance and availability.Implementing policies and procedures to ensure data and asset security, integrity, and business continuity.Following up and complying with Rotana Centralized Service Team for change notifications.Operating in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to protect health, safety, and the environment.Adhering to the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
