Senior Construction Supervisor

The role of the Assistant Resident Engineer is to support the construction supervision discipline engineers in their daily activities and provide engineering advice on all matters related to road construction.Key responsibilities include: Providing general oversight of inspectors' daily activities, including work assignments, performance, and guidance on supervising contractors' operations.Reviewing and commenting/approving contractors' shop drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer.Assisting the Resident Engineer in reviewing and providing approvals/comments to contractors' technical submittals, including method statements, material shop drawings, etc.Coordinating with contractors' supervisory personnel regarding schedule sequence and method of work.Reviewing as-built drawings in coordination with inspectors and surveyors.Witnessing laboratory tests and verifying test results.Reporting nonconformances by the contractor if observed while the contractor executes his scope of services.Being an active member of the project leadership team, including interaction with the client.Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 12 years of related construction supervision/management experience on projects with a broad general engineering background.Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., civil engineering).Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision, life AD&D, disability benefits Paid time off, leaves of absence, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, wellbeing resources, employee assistance program, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.About Us: We are a global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world.
