Direct message the job poster from TAQA Distribution Job summary : The Team Leader, Resilience Systems & Operations, supports the implementation, operation, and optimization of resilience and risk systems, ensuring that data, platforms, and user engagements effectively contribute to TAQA Distribution's enterprise risk and continuity posture. This role acts as the technical and operational bridge between system users and the Resilience Manager. General Responsibilities : Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems Ensure Operational Alignment : Implement and enforce the operational aspects of approved risk, business continuity, and crisis management policies and procedures within the assigned platforms and systems. Support Policy Compliance : Monitor day-to-day system usage and data entries to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO 22301, NCEMA), and procedural standards. Assist in Policy Execution : Translate approved resilience policies and procedures into functional workflows, system rules, access permissions, and reporting structures in collaboration with the Manager. Document and Maintain Procedures : Maintain detailed system-level procedures, user guides, and data handling protocols that reflect the organization's resilience framework and control requirements. Contribute to Policy Reviews : Provide feedback and operational insight to the Manager for policy updates, especially where system capabilities or limitations affect implementation. Reporting Generate Routine Reports : Execute the generation and distribution of scheduled reports such as incident logs, system health summaries, risk dashboard updates, and BCM status reports. Support Executive Reporting : Prepare draft inputs and data visualizations for executive-level risk and resilience reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with KPIs. Ensure Data Accuracy : Validate the accuracy and integrity of data inputs used in reports, reconciling inconsistencies and escalating anomalies to the Manager. Maintain Reporting Templates : Manage and update report templates and dashboards to reflect any procedural, policy, or system changes. Enable Automated Reporting : Operate automated reporting tools embedded in the risk and resilience systems, monitor for errors, and initiate corrections as needed. Respond to Ad Hoc Requests : Fulfill urgent or ad hoc reporting requests from stakeholders, providing timely and relevant data from resilience platforms. Job Specific Responsibilities : System Operations & Administration Operate and maintain GRC, BCM, and crisis management platforms. Perform configuration, testing, and updates of risk modules based on user and compliance needs. Ensure proper interfacing with ERP, cybersecurity tools, and data analytics platforms. Data Stewardship Classify, validate, and manage risk and incident data entries. Maintain metadata consistency and data security protocols within all resilience systems. Monitor dashboards and ensure accurate real-time information delivery. User Enablement & Support Create and maintain user manuals, how-to guides, and training videos. Collect and escalate user feedback for continuous improvement. Automate the scenario inject library and simulation workflows for all critical activities. Support the delivery of automated crisis simulations and business continuity tests. Automate performance data and post-exercise learnings for executive reporting. Not intentionally or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided at the workplace that supports the interest of HSE, security and welfare. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Scientist, Business Automation, Computer Engineering or equivalent 6 years of relevant working experience Desired Requirements Certified Data Scientist. Data Analyst.
