Job Description The role involves implementing successful Supply Chain Finance and SME models in a bank. A dedicated IT Application Analyst will facilitate requirement gathering and analysis, functional specifications data analysis for ADIB, manage projects, liaise with customers to understand business requirements, track customer issues, and periodically manage detailed requirements from business users for large-scale projects and/or enhancements to existing IT infrastructure.Key responsibilities include managing software and documenting business requirements for projects, change requests, vendor service level, and quality. The analyst will also provide technical support, assessments, and reports to business stakeholders, propose technical recommendations, and identify risks and close audit points on applications and multiple initiatives.In addition, the candidate will engage with the Trade Core/SCF team to handle day-to-day queries related to Trade/SCF tasks and products, such as LCs, Purchase Order Financing, Factoring & Reverse Factoring, Payable Financing/Receivable Financing, Buyer/Distributor/Dealer Financing, Long Term Financing, etc. They will also be responsible for new requirements gathering, managing the overall system, and assisting other teams to perform technical changes in the SCF application and other Trade systems.
