Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead our fleet sales division across Audi, Volkswagen, and Škoda brands. This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive fleet sales, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and ensuring the delivery of tailored automotive solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet sales strategy for Audi, Volkswagen, and Škoda brands to achieve budgeted sales targets. Client Network Expansion: Build and expand a strong client network for fleet sales, including corporate clients, government entities, and leasing companies. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the fleet sales team (4 staff members), providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Tender Management: Monitor and participate in relevant government tenders, ensuring alignment with company offerings. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet sales or business development within the UAE automotive industry. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential. Key skills include: Sales Expertise: Proven ability in fleet sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. People Management: Experience in leading and motivating a sales team to achieve performance goals. Reporting & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in reporting and interpreting sales data. Network Development: Ability to build and expand a strong client network for fleet sales. S ales Targets: Achieve budgeted fleet sales targets for each brand within Ali & Sons Motors. Client Network: Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet sales strategy to build and expand a strong client network.
