Regional Sales Manager

We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across the Middle East enterprise segment. This is an exciting individual contributor role focused on hunting net new logos, with support from experienced local leadership also operating in a hands-on capacity. Responsibilities include: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise clients across the Middle East. Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across target accounts. Represent our leading-edge unified communication and collaboration solutions to enterprise customers. Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical pre-sales, and channel partners to accelerate deal cycles. Provide accurate sales forecasting and report directly to regional leadership. Experience Required: 3–7+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Middle East, preferably in UCaa S, collaboration tools, or Audio Visual. Demonstrated success in a "hunter" sales role – you know how to open doors and close complex deals. Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and regional market dynamics. Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
