Project Manager - Contract Oversight The Capex Delivery Contract Manager will oversee the alignment of contract monitoring for major projects within the Near and Middle-East region, primarily focused on KSA and UAE. The role includes supporting the Business Development team during the bidding phase and assisting Project Directors and contract managers throughout the execution phase.The major projects under management include Industrial WWTPs, Hazardous Waste Management, Waste-to-Energy, and Desalination projects, each with an EPC phase exceeding 100 million USD. Many of these projects are connected to the Oil & Gas sector.Main Responsibilities: Lead contract management activities to support key projects from development through execution and operation.Create and implement a standardized process for preparing and managing contracts for large-scale projects.Functionally manage and develop a team of contract managers assigned to each project.Develop and lead contract negotiations with subcontractors and stakeholders.Assist Business Development Team (BD) in designing optimal contractual and economic frameworks for project bids or projects under development and the preparation of partnership and subcontracting documentation.Manage claims, devise claim strategies, and oversee the preparation of related documentation, including amendments, change orders, and notifications.Advice on contractual aspects of procurement strategies, documents, and evaluation criteria for surveying, engineering, consultancy, EPC, and O&M work.Participate in project contract reviews, ensuring compliance with procurement rules and project objectives.Monitor and initiate reductions in Letters of Credit, Liquidated Damages (LDs), Warranties, and other commercial risks at project completion.
