Drafting Specialist

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Drafting Specialist to prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers, architects, and other professionals.Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans based on rough sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions.Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project specifications and requirements.Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes in project scope.Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 2-3 years proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role.Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit) and other drafting tools.Strong understanding of engineering and architectural principles.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Benefits This is a full-time position that requires occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
