Cloud Solutions Professional We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Professional to join our team. If you are technically skilled, customer-focused, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Be the go-to technical expert, providing responsive and customer-focused support for cloud and database requests.Engage with customers directly, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience.Execute SQL queries and provide accurate, real-time insights.Ensure secure and compliant database backups.Manage data migrations between test and production environments while maintaining integrity.Deploy approved system customizations for design, visualization, and engineering solutions.Monitor database performance, with focus on scalability and reliability.Administer and enhance Microsoft Azure Cloud environments, ensuring top-tier performance and security.Automate routine tasks using Power Shell, Python, or Bash for improved efficiency.Collaborate with global teams to improve infrastructure and deployment processes.Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.6-10 years of experience in database administration and cloud infrastructure management.Proven experience managing Microsoft Azure Cloud environments in an enterprise setting.Strong SQL expertise, with experience in Microsoft SQL Server (Azure SQL Database, Oracle, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB is a plus).Expertise in Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.Hands-on experience with SQL administration, optimization, and backup strategies.Experience managing multi-datacenter environments.Familiarity with cloud automation tools (Terraform, Puppet, Power Shell).Understanding of IT infrastructure processes, including monitoring, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.Experience with Okta platform features and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and other federated identity standards.Understanding of Change Management Processes.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Soft Skills & Mindset Customer-first approach – You enjoy working with stakeholders and delivering exceptional service.Detail-oriented mindset – You ensure every request is handled accurately and efficiently.Proactive problem-solver – You anticipate issues before they arise and take initiative to improve systems.Strong communicator – You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.Adaptable and eager to learn – You stay ahead of industry trends and embrace continuous improvement.Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL Database, or Oracle Database.Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305).Why Work for Us Work with a globally recognized leader in digital reality solutions.Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud and database technologies.Make a real impact by ensuring mission-critical operations run smoothly.Be part of a collaborative and innovation-driven team that values technical excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and certification support.
