Job Description: The Senior SME Account Manager will proactively oversee a portfolio of existing health insurance plans for direct and intermediary international businesses. This role involves managing customer relationships to retain and grow business in line with agreed targets.To achieve this, you will deliver high-level customer care through regular communication, identifying business opportunities through referrals and attending industry events. You will work closely with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.Main Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of SME accounts, including retention, renewal, expansion, pricing discussions, and debt management.Deliver exceptional customer care by taking ownership of day-to-day client account issues and ensuring best practice processes are followed.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to educate customers effectively.Attend face-to-face or web meetings with customers to provide excellent service and build strong relationships.Collaborate with customers to identify 'win-win solutions' that benefit both parties.Key Skills and Qualifications: Excellent negotiating and presentation skills.Experience managing a portfolio and interacting with customers is essential.A high standard of technical understanding of health insurance products is desirable.Global mindset and awareness of cultural differences.Self-motivated, articulate, and numerate with good computer skills.Ideal experience in the healthcare market.Why Choose This Role?This is a targeted environment where you will be incentivized based on your performance.
